From my travels, this is the map of where people in New Jersey use the terms: "Pork Roll" (RED) and "Taylor Ham" (BLUE). It is still up for debate - and I pretty much followed county lines on this one (except Warren), but I believe it to be pretty accurate.

I've spent the last 12 years in California and Colorado and I miss Taylor Ham more than life itself. Yes, I'm from Bergen County, so I have never used the term pork roll. I also lived in Hoboken for 6 years in the early nineties.
Cool blog...I'm going to watch the documentary.
Take care

I am loving this!
We used both terms, Taylor Ham, and Taylor Pork Roll interchangeably.
I'm a Rahway girl.
I am laughing my ass off! As a life long Jerseyite and eater of Pork Roll/Taylor Ham I applaud thee!!
