It's hot . . . Italian Ice or Water Ice?

The writers at Hoboken Now wondered if we asked this. . . .We did.

But, funny thing the guy here in Hoboken had to do.

Being from Central-North Jersey, I hear it coined italian ice but people in Pennsylvania call it "water ice." With this said, perhaps southern Jersey folk say water ice.
